What We Actually Do

We’re a Hurst-area HVAC service that connects homeowners with licensed, insured local technicians — and publishes the price ranges upfront so you’re not calling blind.

What We Won’t Do

We’re not going to tell you we’ve been in business since 1969, or show you a badge we didn’t earn. What we will do:

• Publish real numbers. Diagnostic fee, capacitor, compressor, full replacement — the ranges are on the page before you call.
• Tell you when you don’t need us. Our 20-degree rule section exists specifically to stop people paying for service calls on days when their system is working correctly.
• Run the $5,000 math out loud. Including when it says repair, not replace.
• Quote before we work. Diagnostic fee upfront, repair price approved before anyone opens the unit, after-hours rate stated on the phone.
• Check your warranty first. Before quoting a compressor or a coil, the model and serial get checked for active manufacturer coverage. That check has turned $2,500 quotes into labour-only bills.

Every job is quoted in writing before it begins and backed by a workmanship warranty, with manufacturer coverage on parts. Every technician we work with is licensed, insured, background-checked and ID-verified before they step through your door.

We explain what we found in plain language, show you the readings if you want to see them, and never start work you haven’t approved.
